I hope you are all staying safe and well, a lot is going on at RMIT at the moment including preparation for RMIT’s Open Day 2021 - Next Fest. Our Virtual Open Day will be held on Sunday, 29 August however there will be a range of industry-focused events that will run throughout the entire month. I encourage both you and your students to register to explore everything RMIT has to offer.

I also wanted to bring your attention to some updates we’ve made to your agent portal, you will now find several RMIT student profiles and testimonials available for your use in the promotional material section and we’ve also added a full list of closed and discontinued programs. The agent portal is frequently updated so I encourage you to visit the page regularly.

Changes to International VTAC applications for S1, 2022

Effective from 13 January 2022 (VTAC International round 2), international students enrolled in an Australian Year 12 qualification can apply for Associate Degree and/or Bachelor Degree programs directly to RMIT University via the Studylink application portal.

All applications from international students enrolled in a Australian Year 12 qualification, must be submit through VTAC prior to 13 January 2022.

RMIT Foundation Studies September 2021 Intake - Apply Now!

The new Foundation Studies September 2021 intake is now available for students who wish to enrol in Foundation Studies: Business and Foundation Studies: Science, Engineering and Health programs.

RMIT Foundation Studies is a direct pathway to degree programs at RMIT University, where students build their academic skills and prepare for their chosen programs, starting their pathway to University.

The RMIT Foundation Studies Bursary will also apply to eligible students for the September 2021 intake, granting a 20% tuition fee reduction to their Foundation Studies program for two semesters. With an additional AUD$5000 one-off bursary applied to students with a packaged offer against a RMIT University program in Semester 2, 2022 intake.
 
Outstanding commission payments paid late July 2021

All resolution payments for missing or disputed commission amounts have been paid in late July 2021. Your nominated finance team will receive a notification from StudyLink when payments have been made available to you. 

As always, to ensure correct and timely processing, please ensure you submit all commission enquiries through the StudyLink Commission Portal. The StudyLink Commission Portal user guide has now also been made available upon the Agent Portal to assist you further.

To make information even easier to access for our international students, www.RMITTraining.com has been completely overhauled to deliver a streamlined, crisp and elegant web experience consistent with RMIT University.
 
RMIT English Worldwide features on ABCs Learn English program

Filmed on-campus, at RMIT, for the ABC (Australia’s national broadcaster) Education channel, RMIT English Worldwide teacher Jenny takes a lead role in these two episodes:

Jenny is one of RMIT’s many highly qualified English teachers delivering classes each week to students all around the world enrolled in Academic English as a pre-course to further studies at RMIT University.

Many students have open offers to commence their studies now, online, and we welcome your assistance to help them accept their offer, to become University-ready sooner.
